Sebastien Riffault Sancerre Les Quarterons

Vynuogynai: 5 ha Sauvignon Blanc vynuogės; dirvožemis: Molinis- kalkinis; vidutinis vynuogynų amžius: 20 metų. Vynuogių derliaus nuėmimas vyksta rankomis. Derlingumas: 40 hl/ha.Rūgimas ir brandinimas: plieninėse talpose; naudojamos tik natūralios mielės. Nededama: cukraus, fermentų, stabilizatorių. Nei rūgimo, nei brandinimo metu nededama So2 (sieros dioksido). Brandinimas trunka 18 mėn., su šiek tiek nuosėdų.Išpilstymas į butelius: prieš išpilstant į butelius įdedama sieros dioksido/So2, neviršijant 3 g/hl. Atliekama labai maža filtracija. Išpilstytas vynas į butelius laikomas dar pusę metų ir tik po to pradedamas jo pardavimas.
